This paper is part of my research on Cloud Supply Chain as a Service under the supervision of Dr. Mostafa Hajiaghaei-Keshteli at Tecnológico de Monterrey. In this research, we examine the adoption barriers of cloud supply chain as a service in the fashion retail sector, and present a robust decision-support model to overcome them. Additionally, this paper introduces a novel fuzzy cognitive map model within a reliable multi-level group decision analytics framework.
